Hi Noah,
I am sorry that you did not enjoy your experience on Mother's Day, our busiest day of the year. Your feedback is concerning and we will be addressing your comments with our chef and leadership team. I do find your tone to be a bit harsh for a first time diner. Do you dine out that often at upper-casual establishments? Your Medium Well steak was over cooked for your liking and we took care of the steak. If we made a mistake we aplogized and made it right; or maybe your should be ordering Medium Steaks at restaurants. The Salmon tasted fresh? I this a bad thing? Our servers do not greet a table with the phrase "Hi my name is Sally I will be your server today." If they are comfortable offering their names they can, but this is not an expectation the first time they greet a table. Our pricing is inline with The Keg and other simular establishments. We are an independent restaruant operating from a stand alone waterfront building that we built. Our food is prepared fresh in house and we buy the best, local ingrediants we can source. Our Chefs are Red Seal trained and we have many apprentices learning the trade. Will we make mistakes, yes. Do we need to close down -NO!! If you wish to join us again with an openmind manner please email me and I will personally ensure a great dining experience. If not we will continue to focus on the many other great guests that have joined us over and over for the past five years.
